IF NOT SATISFIED WITH A PURCHASE ( SUIT ), HOW DO I GO ABOUT RETURNING IT?
Yes, you can return it. The suit must be in it's original condition with tags attached.(By original condition we mean no alterations or tailoring to the suit!) You must notify the seller and return the suit within 14 days after you recieve the suit. When you return, please include the original packing slip and include a note that you would like to return it, and return to our company address in the item description page of the listing. In store credit will be made within 7 business days after returned item is recieved. Again the Seller is not responsible for any missing or damaged packages, so we suggest you would use a method that would provide tracking and insurance options (e.g. USPS priority or UPS ground). As a common practice, the Buyer will pay his own shipping charge to send the item back to the Seller, the Seller will send the replacement at the Seller's expense by UPS ground.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority at 2SwiftSuits ( )!! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a full refund, less the cost of shipping. 2SwiftSuits.com allows 30 days from the shipping date for the customer to decide whether or not the purchase is suitalbe to their liking. If you purchase an item from 2SwiftSuits, and it doesn't fit, or look like the item you saw on our site, as soon as the item is returned to our store we'll send you the appropriate size immediately ( subject to inventory availabilty ) less the cost of shipping. 2SwiftSuits.com also has a layaway plan for you, provided you wish to not pay in full. Ask your Care Service Consultant about it. Any layaway that is later decided against will cost 10% of the purchase price for handling and restocking.
CAN DAMAGED GOODS BE RETURNED?
Damaged goods/merchandise upon arrival will be refunded in full. No cash refunds, only in store credit given.
